How does payment work?
SAME DAY BANK TRANSFER
Under the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013, it is a criminal offence for scrap metal dealers in England and Wales to pay cash for scrap metal. Most payments are made instantly, but we guarantee same day payment via bank transfer only. Please remember to bring your bank details.
Do I need proof of I.D?
YES
Sellers must produce valid photo identification. Acceptable forms include a driver’s licence, or passport along with proof of address eg. bill or bank statement from the last 3 months.
